PROJECT: Creation of outdoor exhibits and outbuildings for the C.H. Nash Museum at Chucalissa’s landscape by building on the Museum’s existing role as a living laboratory for service learning and community engagement. Projects included: Butterfly Garden, Community Garden, Ghost Structure, Shade Structures, Outdoor Classroom, and Walking Trail.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Developed master plan for outdoor exhibits, contributed to grant applications, provided necessary cost estimates and design plans, supervised construction, and fabricated exhibits with volunteers, staff, community service learning partners, and AmeriCorps teams.
